How the draw works: at 16 OCT · 12:00 UTC counting stops and we publish every wallet with its tickets. The winners are then picked by a public script, weighted by tickets, using the hash of the first Ethereum block after that time as the seed, so anyone can check the result. Playing does not guarantee a spot. Accounts that cheat (bots, scripts, farming wallets) are removed from the draw.
